Paige Scruggs

Paige holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Sports Management from West Virginia State University, where she was a four-year collegiate softball athlete.

She specialized in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and spent two years as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Charleston Area Medical Center.

Paige has hands-on experience working with patients managing cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and pulmonary conditions, and she’s passionate about helping people improve their health through safe, effective training.
